Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and guidance to business units, partnering with leadership to drive operational decisions
• Develop and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess potential business opportunities and risks
• Monitor business performance against targets and KPIs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant financial insights
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with appropriate post-qualification experience
• Proven experience as a finance business partner within manufacturing or FMCG sectors
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Excel and finance systems; experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) is advantageous
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
