Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and perform analytical reviews of financial results.
• Present financial results to the management team during monthly meetings.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of annual departmental budgets and midterm forecasts.
• Forecast monthly profit and loss as well as cash flow.
• Act as a key finance partner for non-finance colleagues regarding planning and forecasting.
• Support tax-related compliance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Assist with the annual group audit and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Handle checking and authorization of payment runs and other ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in producing management accounts.
• Proficient and competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with different currencies.
