Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting
• Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for A&P and Opex spend
• Build business cases and P&Ls for innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives
• Deliver management reporting and variance analysis against plan and budget
• Support period-end close activities with finance partners
• Provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders
• Support the pricing process to align with business strategy
• Ensure marketing spend is controlled within budget and aligned with governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Experience in business case evaluation and investment analysis
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to auditing, controlling, statutory accounting, and commercial spend management
