Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L through the planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions, and Overheads lines
• Partner with the Marketing team to drive business decisions and ensure proper Brand contribution
• Collaborate with the Comex team to improve reporting, analysis, and operational areas
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to align financial targets within the P&L
• Support the Finance Hub team with Month End Closure activities

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a similar field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Sales/Business Analytics, Strategy, or Business Development
• High level of commercial acumen and very strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
