Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support the CMO business community and Finance lead to deliver financial objectives
• Ensure the CMO organization remains cost-competitive and meets network objectives
• Manage working capital and assist in standard costing and management reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly CMO P&L forecasts and PPV/Spend reports
• Lead the month-end close process, including accrual calculations and expense accuracy
• Drive cost savings and identify projects for simplification and optimization
• Support the standard setting process and provide financial impact analysis to procurement
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, including asset, inventory, and stock reconciliation

Requirements

• CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance from a premier institute
• 5+ years of experience in financial management and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert large data sets into decision support
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a quality supply chain environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP
