Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support financial performance management for assigned brands and channels by delivering analysis of actuals, risks, opportunities, and outlooks
• Partner with Sales to support planning, target setting, and forecasting, including Latest Estimates
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support for projects from regional and commercial stakeholders
• Manage month-end activities including spend analysis, journals, and accurate bookings
• Collaborate with central finance teams to support audit and tax processes in Greece
• Help simplify and standardize financial processes to promote better ways of working

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Finance business partnering
• Experience within the FMCG or consumer health industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills including performance management, forecasting, and ROI evaluation
• Ability to communicate complex financial information simply to non-finance stakeholders
