Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely operational and financial insights to assist in decision-making
• Identify profit improvement opportunities and assist stakeholders with evaluation and implementation
• Ensure the development and implementation of continuous quality improvement across all responsibilities
• Develop and deliver financial education to enhance the financial acumen of Department managers and staff
• Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and provide intelligence for key business partners
• Manage budget preparation, forecasting, and the analysis of budget variances
• Develop and present business cases to support CAPEX submissions and divisional profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Commerce
• Demonstrated experience working in an analytical role
• Strong financial modelling and data mining skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Proven experience in budget preparation and management
• Experience in the development and analysis of business cases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
