Responsibilities

• Provide supportive financial leadership and constructive challenge to the Operational leadership team
• Act as a trusted advisor to budget holders, offering clear financial insights
• Collaborate with teams to align financial strategies with business needs and optimize resources
• Support the development of business cases for new investment initiatives
• Lead the month-end management accounts process
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts for designated business areas
• Produce monthly reporting and meaningful variance analysis for senior leadership
• Support improvements to systems and tools to enhance automation and efficiency

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Progressive experience as a Finance Business Partner
• Experience preparing financial and performance reports (MI reporting)
• Proficiency in ERP and planning platforms (Oracle Fusion is beneficial)
• Strong knowledge of management accounting methodologies
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial colleagues
