Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Work with Group operational stakeholders to build a portfolio of information
• Produce business cases and ad-hoc analysis as required
• Understand stakeholder objectives and priorities to build objectives accordingly
• Build standard reports for key areas to provide transparency of performance to the Exec and senior teams
• Support the commercial decision-making process by developing guidelines and templates
• Support BUs to deliver group wide projects
• Support the strategic financial planning process by bringing transparency of the financial impacts of group wide initiatives
• Ensure that short term budgets and forecasts are aligned with financial targets defined by group wide projects and initiatives
• Communicate expectations from BUs clearly and on a timely basis
• Gather information from a wide range of sources to support stakeholder decision making

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACMA) with 3 years PQE
• Experience utilizing data analysis skills
• Experience of business case and scenario analysis
• Strong Excel skills
• Good presentation skills
• Experience working with senior members of the Executive team
• Experience of commercial projects is an advantage
• Experience of finance business partnering is essential
