Finance Business Partner Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for specific categories, supporting Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams in evaluating business opportunities and risks.
• Lead the monitoring of financial performance, analyzing results to identify deviations and proposing actions to drive growth and profitability.
• Coordinate financial planning cycles, ensuring business strategies are accurately translated into financial results.
• Build financial analyses and business cases to support decisions regarding innovation, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Lead initiatives for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement of financial processes to enhance efficiency and analysis quality.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced English proficiency for project presentations and report structuring.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Financial Business Partnering, Controlling, or related areas.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data and automation tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
