Finance Business Partner (Controlling expert)

Responsibilities

• Act as a key financial point of contact for multiple stakeholders across business operations
• Support business areas in optimization projects by providing financial viewpoints and feasibility calculations
• Prepare decision-making materials for the management of MOHU and MOL Group
• Prepare reports for MOL Group, including investor relations regarding circular economy services, sustainable finance, and risk analysis
• Prepare EBITDA and cash flow forecasts and analyze deviations from actual figures in collaboration with Central Controlling

Requirements

• University/college degree in finance or economics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• System- and process-oriented approach with high standards for detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in business English with confident verbal and written communication skills
