About the role
Responsibilities
- Own modeling for LTV and CPA to ensure healthy unit economics
- Monitor ROAS and track Payback Windows for marketing spend
- Partner with Data Science on cohort analysis and player retention curves
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts
- Manage cash flow, burn, and runway while balancing growth and profitability
- Monitor departmental OpEx including headcount and R&D
- Evaluate the financial impact of in-game economy changes and new features
- Identify trends in LTV and UA costs to provide actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years in Finance
- At least 2 years experience in Gaming, SaaS, or E-commerce
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Deep understanding of ARPDAU, Day-N Retention, and Churn
