Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Assist business teams in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide variance explanations
• Monitor working capital cycles and treasury requirements across business units
• Partner with BU heads to build commercially sound cases for new project development
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including fixed asset management
• Collaborate with operations to identify bi-weekly cash flow requirements
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage credit lines and loans
• Conduct monthly operational cost analysis and electricity price monitoring
• Assist in internal and external audits

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Audit
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting or FP&A certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward certification
