Finance Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Business Marketing organizations
• Act as a strategic financial advisor to marketing and business leaders to drive investment decisions
• Develop actionable insights and financial models to evaluate marketing spend, ROI, and LTV frameworks
• Prepare executive-level financial review materials for VP and CFO-level stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product growth and decision science to align on financial targets
• Collaborate with central Finance and Business Planning teams to automate processes and adopt AI tools

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in manipulating large data sets using tools such as SQL and Hyperion
• Proven experience building trusted business partnerships and influencing executive-level decision-making
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
• Experience in Go-to-Market, marketing finance, or digital advertising domains
• Experience integrating AI tools into financial planning and analysis workflows
• Expertise with ROI and Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks to optimize marketing investments
