Finance Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the central Finance lead for new product initiatives and large strategic programs
• Partner with Finance SMEs, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure financial workflows and systems are ready for launch
• Support end-to-end Finance integration across global acquisitions, from diligence to post-close integration
• Drive cross-functional execution across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IT, and HR
• Implement and manage synergy tracking and value realization mechanisms
• Act as the control tower across concurrent initiatives to ensure proper resourcing and sequencing
• Define and evolve the Finance bizops function, including M&A integration governance and NPI engagement models

Requirements

• 5+ years in BizOps, Finance Ops, Product Ops, or Consulting
• Direct experience in M&A integration, large-scale program management, or product launches
• Strong understanding of Finance functions (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) and financial workflows
• BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proven track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams
• Strong systems thinking and exceptional communication skills
