Finance Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for used truck inventory through regular reconciliations, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage sales documentation, regulatory reporting, state sales tax collection, and vehicle title processing.
• Process vehicle sales transactions, accounts payable, cash receipts, and disbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and calculate/administer sales commission payments.
• Maintain vendor master data, including setup and payment terms.
• Partner with the Dealer Operations Group to ensure compliance with dealer and local business license renewals.
• Provide accounting, tax, and transactional support to the sales team and other business partners.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.
• Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of finance and general accounting experience, OR
• Master's degree with no prior experience, OR
• At least 3 years of finance and general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
