Finance & Business Management - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop new business strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance departments
• Optimize business performance and the bottom line by driving key strategic initiatives
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks to protect operational integrity
• Analyze financial performance and expenses to identify and implement productivity initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to budget for revenue growth in evolving markets
• Represent the business in various internal and external working groups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in Business Management or a COO office environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to present findings and strategic agendas to senior and global business heads
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
