Finance & Business Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive business strategy and implement process improvements within the Commercial Bank
• Support regional leadership through tactical, analytic, and strategic assistance
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Utilize data to create business plans and deliver effective reporting packages
• Track KPIs and monitor the progress of various projects and initiatives
• Identify and execute end-to-end efficiency opportunities to meet business objectives
• Prepare meeting agendas and gather necessary data to form strategic next steps

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, project management, financial analysis, or business management
• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present conclusions concisely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to build trusted relationships in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging operational data and insights to present business results
• Proven track record of executing national projects that align with organizational goals
• Ability to provide business management representation in internal working groups
