Finance & Business Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive business strategy and implement process improvements within the Commercial Bank
• Support regional leadership through tactical, analytic, and strategic assistance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute national projects and align with business goals
• Utilize data and operational insights to deliver reporting packages and present business results
• Track KPIs and monitor the progress of various projects and initiatives
• Identify efficiency opportunities and execute end-to-end improvements to meet business objectives
• Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary data, and form strategic plans for next steps

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, project management, financial analysis, or business management
• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present conclusions concisely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships in a matrixed environment
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong project management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging data tools to create business plans and elevate performance
• Ability to provide business management representation in internal working groups
• Experience collecting and implementing feedback from front and middle office partners
