Finance Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements definition, scoping, and prioritisation for Finance system initiatives including D365 FinOps, Basware, and payment platforms
• Analyse and optimise finance processes, system configurations, and data flows across Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report cycles
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders to gather requirements and guide solution design
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Supply, and Technology functions
• Manage and maintain Jira epics, stories, and documentation in Confluence
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Business Analysts within the team

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Finance or ERP delivery context
• Solid understanding of finance processes, including AP/AR, general ledger, procurement, or financial close
• Experience working with or around ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, or Oracle
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for requirements and workstack management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accounting degree
