Responsibilities

• Own partnership economics end-to-end by building models for pricing structures, unit economics, and margin implications
• Design and operationalize partnership processes including onboarding, billing flows, and revenue share calculations
• Lead deal structuring and negotiation support by preparing executive-ready recommendations and identifying contract risks
• Use AI agents and automation to collapse the time between question and answer and replace manual processes with scalable infrastructure

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Deep experience structuring complex technology partnerships (usage-based pricing, compute commits, revenue shares)
• Expert Excel modeling skills and proficiency with data tools like SQL, HEX, or BI tools
• Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting combined with operational experience in strategic finance
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience structuring or evaluating partnerships with hyperscalers, LLM providers, or major platform companies
• Technical degree or deep technical exposure
• Experience in high-growth AI or technology companies
