Finance Associate/Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage entire financial and accounting activities of multiple clients across various industries
• Supervise accounting processes and guide accounting teams
• Implement financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of analytical reports and MIS
• Analyze business processes and numbers to identify cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and plans for working capital management
• Ensure compliance with SHAs and Loan agreements
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Assess and foresee problems to develop proactive plans
• Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic business insights

Requirements

• Qualified CA from a reputed Institute
• 2+ years of preferred experience
• Experience handling a team of accountants in a consulting firm

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in BI tools, Reporting, GAAP, Direct Taxes, and Indirect Taxes
• Ability to create and interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation abilities
