Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close, reconciling ledgers, and drafting management accounts commentary
• Support the FC and CFO with internal and external reporting
• Manage purchase-to-pay processes and procurement queries
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain the AP ledger
• Automate invoicing, maintain the debtor ledger, and chase outstanding balances
• Support working capital management and liaison with financing partners
• Produce regular finance reports and support ad hoc analysis
• Support the first statutory audit and help embed a controls-first culture

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
• Ability to question and improve existing processes
• Versatility to work across AP, AR, reporting, and operations
