Responsibilities

• Pull financial reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Reconcile actuals vs. budget and investigate variances
• Assist with the preparation of internal financial dashboards and management reports
• Manage the AP process, including bill capture, approvals, and scheduling payments
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Assist with AR oversight, including invoice preparation and tracking customer payments
• Monitor aging reports and flag overdue accounts
• Own the calculation of sales commission payments based on approved plans
• Validate sales data and work with Sales/RevOps to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation, controls, and audit trails
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment banking
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including formulas and pivot tables
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
