Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts data
• Maintain cash books to ensure all fund inflows and outflows are accurately updated
• Assist in weekly payment cycles, including staff claims, driver cash outs, sundry invoices, and compensation cases
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing processes
• Execute other accounting tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• High attention to detail and meticulousness in finalizing reports
• Strong integrity and ability to make sound decisions for the company
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Strong sense of prioritization and a structured mindset
