Finance Associate I, FP&A and Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models across company, segment, and project levels
• Support quarterly board materials and monthly investor reporting
• Perform variance analysis and forecasting with a focus on accuracy
• Support investor requests and capital markets processes
• Partner with business leaders on commercial contract profitability
• Assist in treasury management, working capital analysis, and cash flow forecasting
• Own special projects across R&D, business development, and construction diligence

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, project finance, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling skills (building from scratch)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative field
• Proficiency in Excel
• Clear communication skills for non-finance audiences
• Proficiency with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerPoint or ERP systems like NetSuite
• Experience in construction finance, government contracting, or manufacturing
• Experience presenting to senior management or boards
