About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage core accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger
- Coordinate with external accountants on year-end close procedures
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow statements, and rolling forecasts
- Process and manage the complete sales order to cash cycle
- Ensure sales invoice accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer contracts
- Manage accounts receivable ageing analysis and coordinate collection efforts
- Manage procurement and purchase order procedures
- Assist in developing annual budgets and supporting the audit process
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and G-Suite/MS Office
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics Nav)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
