Responsibilities

• Assist external accounting firms with monthly closings for entities in France, the US, and the Philippines
• Update, review, and analyze financials and KPIs, including revenue breakdown and cash performance
• Prepare Board-level finance KPI dashboards
• Contribute to the annual budget process and maintain financial forecasts
• Track client invoices and manage cash collection to minimize outstanding receivables
• Review and approve supplier invoices, employee expenses, and software subscriptions
• Produce monthly payroll reporting in coordination with HR
• Support strategic finance projects including R&D tax credit filings and financing initiatives
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or audit
• 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and meet fixed monthly deadlines
