About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
- Assist with month-end closing and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform data entry for sales orders, invoices, vendor bills, and company credit card transactions
- Organize financial documents and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
