Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash monitoring and bank reconciliation
• Record journal entries for investment activity in Co-Invest and General Partnership entities
• Prepare capital calls and distributions based on fund cash projections
• Communicate with investors regarding capital activity, tax, compliance, and account statements
• Coordinate with the management company team for payables reconciliation
• Assist with quarterly financial reporting and investor account statements
• Use DocuSign to produce subscription documents for co-investors
• Collaborate with Business Solutions and FP&A teams to implement system efficiencies and reporting solutions

Requirements

• BS in Management (advanced degree or certification preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in fund accounting, alternative investment operations, or audit
• Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with accounting software (Investran preferred)
• Experience with online banking platforms or treasury management systems (Bank of America CashPro or Kyriba preferred)
• Understanding of Private Equity or alternative investment structures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
