About the role

Responsibilities

  • Confirm purchase orders have been goods receipted
  • Match invoices and purchase orders
  • Record invoices on the register and save digital copies
  • Resolve workflow issues with Purchase Order creators
  • Process bi-weekly employee expense claims
  • Perform supplier reconciliation, payments, and allocation
  • Upload bank payments and obtain approvals
  • Handle petty cash posting and reconciliation
  • Support internal and external audits with AP documentation
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce
  • 0-1 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be a UAE national with family book
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, pressurized environment
