Finance Assistant Manager/Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&L, balance sheet, AP, and AR
• Handle Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees, and rebate calculations
• Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory and lease accounting
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Analyze accounts and partner with the Sales team and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute improvement projects
• Support internal controls, compliance, and external audits
• Assist in system changes, internal control programs, and ad hoc initiatives

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Experience with SOX and external audits
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Gross to Net calculations
• Relevant professional certifications

• Salary range of $120k - $150k plus an annual bonus
