Responsibilities

• Oversee, collect, report, and escalate Wholesale debts
• Perform customer account administration including invoicing and raising credit notes
• Review daily bank receipt journals alongside the Wholesale Management Accountant
• Resolve payment queries and client overpayments
• Apply for credit cover and report aged balances to credit insurers
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Wholesale customer balances
• Prepare month end journals for the Wholesale business
• Assist with the year end statutory audit
• Perform various ad-hoc duties within the finance department

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months credit control or management accounts experience
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or branded wholesale environment preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience with Styleman and Sun Ledger systems is a plus
