Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and analysis from various systems and sources
• Prepare, issue, and post sales invoices
• Create financial reports, timesheets, and customer reports as required
• Manage supplier invoices, including booking and posting
• Process payments, obtain necessary approvals, and initiate bank portal transactions
• Conduct vendor, intercompany, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
• Post journal entries and bank entries, including bank reconciliations
• Prepare purchase orders for overhead expenses and monitor rebates
• Support communication and information collection for vendors, partners, and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or bookkeeping
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Proven experience working in SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) environments
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft NAV ERP software
• Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic
