Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities
• Generate financial and accounting reports from internal systems
• Analyze P&L transactions with high attention to detail
• Manage invoicing and electronic payment receipts for major clients
• Track accounts receivable and deductions for business partners
• Assist with monthly activities including accruals, journal entries, and expense reports
• Support tax-related tasks, including SAT reports and fiscal audits
• Reconcile travel expenses and local NSO expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Exposure to general ledger systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large multi-national companies
• Ability to work across multiple finance functions including Tax, AP, and AR
