Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable for several companies across different ERP systems
• Handling supplier invoices from registration and coding to payment
• Matching purchase invoices against purchase orders
• Preparing and sending customer invoices
• Managing reminders and debt collection cases
• Performing ongoing bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
• Reconciling accounts in connection with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensuring effective and quality-assured processes within accounts payable/receivable
• Actively contributing to the development, digitalization, and harmonization of financial processes
• Identifying improvement areas and driving more efficient workflows

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a finance assistant
• Extensive experience with both accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Basic knowledge of accounting and closing processes
• Strong system proficiency and interest in digitalization and process development
• Experience with ERP and invoicing systems (e.g., Visma, Fortnox, Pyramid, Medius, or Rillion)
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work fluently in Swedish
• Experience working within a listed group
