Finance and Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
• Review project completion and financial records including general ledger and reconciliations
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and comparative analysis
• Oversee tax compliance, including review and approval of tax return submissions
• Manage treasury functions, including Free Cash Flow preparation and DSO monitoring
• Lead finance transformation by identifying control gaps and process automation opportunities
• Manage a finance team and external service providers

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in audit or corporate finance
• Experience in engineering or construction industries preferred
• Degree in business or accounting
• Qualified accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Oracle) and Excel
• Experience in a multi-country MNC environment preferred
