Finance and Quotation Officer

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
• Ensure all contract rates and conditions are adhered to and invoiced correctly
• Coordinate operational information and input data into the invoicing system
• Create AR invoices and maintain accruals based on monthly work
• Ensure all vendor invoices are authorized in accordance with company policy
• Code and match AP invoices within the finance system
• Reconcile supplier statements and relevant accounts on a monthly basis
• Maintain all files and records associated with the finance function

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of office experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a residential position in Dampier (Note: FIFO applicants will not be considered)
