About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly reporting, KPIs, and financial analysis for internal use and the TBA group
- Handle VAT reporting, month-end, soft close, accruals, and budget/forecast follow-up
- Oversee ESG reporting and DAC7 compliance
- Develop, automate, and implement financial processes and internal systems, including the new auction platform
- Manage administrative tasks such as insurance and leases
- Lead and develop workflows and provide leadership/sparring to employees
Requirements
- Educational background in economics, business administration, or similar
- Experience with reporting, controlling, and data analysis
- Experience from a subsidiary in an international organization is preferred
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Structured work style with the ability to create overview and communicate clearly
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership
