Finance and Credit Associate

Responsibilities

• Review and update workflow tracking and management tools
• Monitor shared email accounts and coordinate with underwriters
• Update account files and maintain file folders on the LAN
• Determine necessary financial data for financial reviews
• Communicate with underwriting teams to solicit required information
• Upload and spread financial statement data in Moody's Credit Lens
• Conduct account, industry sector research, and competitive landscape analysis
• Prepare Collateral Analysis and Assessment templates
• Initiate and monitor Collateral Change Requests
• Coordinate with other functions for transaction processing
• Initiate and support reinsurance transactions
• Review economic, marketplace, accounting, and collateral trends
• Provide ad-hoc management and financial reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with workflow management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Financial Statement Analysis
• Experience with Moody’s Credit Lens
