About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for projects and the company
  • Prepare monthly cost reports, project reports, and earnings forecasts
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall project profitability
  • Handle contract administration, including payments, variations, and claims
  • Provide financial and commercial advice to project teams
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Oversee administrative functions including HR coordination and office management
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on financial matters
  • Identify financial risks and implement cost-saving measures
  • Lead and supervise the finance and administration staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or commercial roles within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of project cost control and contract management
  • Expertise in financial reporting and cash flow management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., MS365, AS4U)
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are an advantage
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
