Finance and Accounting Manager, Pay-In

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations focusing on Accounts Receivable and Revenue
• Oversee the invoicing process, aging reports, and overdue receivables in collaboration with collections
• Optimize the bad debt provisions process and provide reporting/analysis to support management decisions
• Troubleshoot operational issues and partner with IT teams to implement technical solutions
• Lead finance and accounting projects, including requirement gathering, UAT, and workflow design
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function
• Maintain a strong internal control environment in compliance with corporate policies and SOX requirements
• Supervise month-end closing activities and provide oversight, training, and coaching to department associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a CPA qualification
• Approximately 8 years of experience in finance operations (AR, AP, or risk control)
• Proven managerial experience leading teams
• Strong knowledge of local and US GAAP
• Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present findings to senior audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with online payment processes
• Proficiency in SQL and various data analysis tools
