Finance Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and build analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake to support financial and management reporting
• Develop and optimize advanced transformation workflows for large, multi-source datasets
• Build sophisticated automation and analytics workflows using Alteryx and/or Python to standardize and scale finance analytics solutions
• Translate ambiguous finance and business problems into well-structured analytics and data engineering solutions
• Apply deep financial understanding to ensure analytics outputs align with accounting logic and business expectations
• Deliver finance insights and narratives through advanced dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Lead hands-on development while mentoring team members on financial data modeling, analytics patterns, and problem-solving

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data-focused roles with significant hands-on delivery experience
• Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, or similar tools
• Proven ability to design and build complex analytics and data engineering solutions
• Strong understanding of financial data concepts such as trial balances, P&L, and revenue data
• Experience partnering with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
