Finance Analytics Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ad-hoc and periodic analytics and reports
• Use SQL and query tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
• Produce CRM reports and monitor data quality
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or MicroStrategy
• Translate analytical findings into business recommendations
• Partner with Business Development, Distribution Analytics, and Data Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Ability to analyze raw data and identify trends
• Experience producing meaningful reports
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce or equivalent CRM reporting experience
• Dashboard and visualization experience with BI tools
• Data quality, governance, or stewardship experience
• Exposure to distribution analytics or financial services
