Finance Analyst/Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and operational processes related to US business activities
• Assist Sales and Finance teams with project setup, documentation management, and client onboarding
• Maintain and organize project and client documentation across internal systems
• Support invoicing processes, including timesheet validation and client follow-up
• Assist with customer communication regarding administrative or billing-related topics
• Help maintain reporting files and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure process compliance and timely execution
• Maintain strong communication with consultants, project managers, and finance leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in administrative, billing, finance support, or sales operations
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Proficiency in Spanish
