Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and align the Planning and Forecast-Calendar with the ZF Group Calendar
• Perform statutory finance tasks, including reports and analyses under Local GAAP
• Drive continuous improvement of data quality in planning, forecasting, and actual reporting
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and presentations for management meetings
• Manage yearly and monthly updates for DI-Project Planning and Forecasting
• Troubleshoot issues within the Forecast and Planning processes
• Maintain Plan-Actual mapping and support Master Data Management
• Provide weekly data updates for the Project finder

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Reporting
• Proficiency in SAP-ERP and SAP-BW
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with forecasting, planning, cost controlling, and month-end/year-end closing
• Knowledge of Power BI, margin analysis, and budget management
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, committed work ethic
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
