Finance Analyst - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models and occupancy cost analysis to support lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews.
• Maintain and update the Americas lease pipeline, tracking critical dates including breaks, expirations, and renewals.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new market opportunities, including store openings, relocations, and franchise proposals.
• Support the preparation of materials for Real Estate Strategy meetings, including appraisals and portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and prepare monthly capex reporting to track actual spend against budgets.
• Coordinate with Legal and Accounting teams to ensure proper reflection of lease amendments and transactional real estate activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
• Strong financial modelling skills with excellent Excel proficiency, including experience with ROI, NPV, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-finance audiences.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commercial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to real estate transactions, lease management, or property portfolio analysis.
