Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Marketing with long-range business and financial planning focused on profitable growth and portfolio optimization.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Operations, and R&D on new product development through financial modeling, pricing analysis, and volume forecasting.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses to evaluate product performance against forecasts and identify business improvement opportunities.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Track Advertising & Promotion (A&P) actuals versus budget to provide analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 0-3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Oracle/Hyperion planning systems.
