Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support for the Global Supply Management (GSM) team
• Support capital processes, including preparation of requests and financial analysis
• Analyze and report on category-level inflation, communicating trends and risks to leadership
• Provide analytical support for Long-Term Buy (LTB) activities and track financial exposure
• Perform inflation and savings analysis using Power BI dashboards
• Support month-end close activities, including Monthly Financial and Operating Reviews (MFR/MOR)
• Assist with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast cycles through variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Management and Finance stakeholders in a matrixed environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or rotation experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, or capital processes
• Exposure to month-end close, P&L reporting, or cost analysis
• Experience using Power BI or financial reporting systems such as SAP or Hyperion
