Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects through cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
• Manage payroll and HR process workflows, including hiring, transfers, and terminations
• Maintain purchasing workflow internal controls and troubleshoot vendor or payment issues
• Assist with intercompany and client billing to ensure accurate documentation and cash management
• Review costs, budget structures, and exception reports to ensure accurate reporting for management
• Identify and adjust forecast and budget issues within cost reports
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure compliance with EEO and labor laws

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operational finance, preferably in construction-related finance or controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups)
• Willingness to travel and relocate up to 50% as business requires
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work in various construction site environments and climates

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in finance or accounting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
